UniSaúde (2022) — Centralized Health Data Platform for Patients and Providers Highlights: • Designed a mobile-first UX architecture to centralize medical records, improving accessibility and continuity of care. • Conducted usability testing with real patients and healthcare staff, validating navigation and information structure. • Delivered an MVP in 1 month, balancing speed, compliance (LGPD), and usability. • Identified engagement gaps and proposed product evolution strategies (content + dashboard features) to increase retention. Problem → Solution: • Patients frequently lost medical records, impacting treatments and increasing operational inefficiencies. • Proposed a modular interface structure, enabling fast retrieval of exams and prescriptions. • Designed for dual users (patients mobile / doctors desktop), improving usability across contexts.
